Quickly analyse historical data in tabled or graphical formats.  Filter data by date and asset grouping or for more complex tasks use Effishon's filtering components allowing you to quickly build complex filter expressions.  The Search Export feature allows you to migrate your data to flat files and Microsoft Excel for use in other packages.  Recently added Saved Searches compliments QuickSets by letting you save and replay complex search scenarios including expressions, back filtering and even automatic exporting.

TPM and Planned Tasks

Configure your regular TPMs and planned tasks quickly and easily giving you clear visibility of upcoming events.  You can hot-link documents and applications as well as setting mandatory attachments.  The new template feature  permits the use of master documents assuring attachment conformity and consistency of naming and location.  The use of TPM Cards gives an easy  and practical method of completing tasks.  TPMs can be driven by repeating time frequencies, manually set events or by counter (manually or read automatically).

For those non-repeating you can set on-off tasks to be carried out in advance using the Single Planned Tasks function.

In Built Charting

Create impressive charts quickly and easily allowing you to communicate data in a graphical format.  Customise your own charts for repetitive use. The addition of QuickSets allows the grouping of up to four charts for those regular reporting and presentation requirements.

Simple Call System

When something goes wrong the ability to call for help needs to be fast and simple.  Use Effishon's access point from the system tray and with minimal data input everyone can have visibility.  Use Quick Access codes or the Manual Call form.
